Following her release of Sunshine early in 2020 – which reached No.12 on the Australian Christian Music Chart – and her follow up release Every Need which reached No. 9, Anna releases WAKE THE EARTH a Christmas song that speaks to the experience of Christmas, even in a year where, for many, connection to family and friends is limited.

Christmas is a season where, for a lot of us, we get to spend precious time with our family and friends. This year, that might look different, but for a lot of people, each year their desire to be with their loved ones is never met. Maybe there has been death, perhaps conflict, or distance, but as Christians we know that God sent His son to be with us so that we would know that we are never truly alone. He was a baby born in secret, but the greatest news of all. And when we accept Him, our cup never runs dry.
